City of Santa Clara Business License - All new businesses within Santa Clara should complete all necessary paperwork for a New Business Tax Affidavit ("business license") within 30 days of commencing operation. Silicon Valley SCORE –The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) is a nationwide nonprofit association dedicated to the formation, growth and success of small businesses. Silicon Valley SCORE executive volunteers provide free confidential business counseling and low cost training to local business entrepreneurs.
